Despite this, it offers a good level of privacy as it has a patio at the back of the property with two orange trees and great sun exposure.

Upon entering the house through the main door, we are in a hall with access to the first two bedrooms and kitchen

The rooms are small/medium in size and all have windows that provide good ventilation and natural lighting. The rooms are versatile and can be used as dormitories, offices, or hobby rooms as needed.

Kitchen: The kitchen is functional and has some cabinets for storage as well as a sink and space for the stove, from the kitchen you have access to another area where you can access the bathroom and living room as well as an access door to the outdoor patio.

Living room: When you enter the house, you are faced with a large and bright living room, with a window and a glass door that allow natural light to enter. The space is enough to accommodate a comfortable living area with sofa and a dining area. It also has a fireplace ideal for the coldest winter days.

The good sized bathroom is equipped with toilet, bathtub ,hand wash and bidet , has tiles on the walls and tiled floors.

It has a storage space at one end of the house that gives access to both the outside and the patio, ideal for storing firewood and tools, this space can be used to serve as a garage for a motorcycle if necessary.
